1939 by Norwegian aviation pioneer Thor Solberg. The airport is home to
business and private aviation. In addition to business and personal
travel, Solberg Airport provides traffic reporting, flight training,
medical and fire fighting emergency use. Aircraft currently using
Solberg are single or twin engine piston aircraft, hot air balloons, and
business turbines. The Airport is also the location of the annual New
Jersey Festival of Ballooning....

Pilots And Residents Together Negotiating Effective and
Reasonable Solutions - a non-profit organization whose members include
residents, local business representatives and people from the general
aviation community. PARTNERS' purpose is to provide information and to
educate people about general aviation's benefits to the community. By
communicating with citizens, general aviation pilots, and airport
managers we hope to ensure long-term economic success of airports that
can be greatly enhanced with the support of the surrounding community.
